Cashalo - Paano Magbayad ng Loan?

Marami ang nagtatanong sa amin kung paano daw magbabayad ng loan kay Cashalo. Mayrong iba't-ibang paraan para makapagbayad ng inyong loan kay Cashalo. Actually, makikita nyo ito sa Cashalo app under po sa HELP CENTER sa bandang ibaba na may mababasa kang REPAYMENT PROCESS.

 Maraming paraan para makapagbayad depende kung saan ang convenient sayo o yong may branch na pinakamalapit sa bahay o sa opisina ninyo. 

Unang paraan ng pagbabayad ay through Robinsons Bank Online Banking. Hindi mo na kailangang lumabas ng bahay kung naka online banking ka kay Robinsons Bank.

Ang gagawin mo lang, LOG-IN to your Cashalo App, pumunta sa MY LOAN tab at i-click ang PAY NOW, then select Robinsons Bank. Kailangan mo ding mag LOG-IN sa iyong Robinsons Bank Online Banking. Piliin ang TRANSFER AND PAY, Payee Type: BILLER, hanapin ang CASHALO sa listahan at piliin ito. Fill the necessary information, sa "Reference No" field, enter LOAN ID galing sa iyong Cashalo App at i-click ang SUBMIT.

Note: Please enter only the number of your Loan Item ID. Do not include any letters. For example, If you Loan Item ID is B18031692116099, write only the numbers 18031692116099. Cashalo will send a confirmation email to you once processed. Cashalo will take 1-2 banking days to process and confirm your payment.

Paano magbayad via Robinsons Bank Over-the-Counter Bills Payment?

Kung sakaling malapit lang kayo sa any branches ng Robinsons Bank, maaari kayong magbayad deretso via over the counter. Hanapin nyo lang ang kanilang Customer Service at sabihin sa teller for Cashalo Bills Payment.

Mag fill up ng payment slip form at ilagay ang mga necessary information. Input CASHALO POWERED BY PALOO FINANCING INC under the "Biller Account Name" field and your LOAN ID under the Subscriber Account Number field.

Cashalo will send a confirmation email to you once processed. Cashalo will take 1-2 banking days to process and confirm your payment.

Paano magbayad ng Cashalo Loan sa 7-Eleven?

Kung hindi ka pwede sa dalawang option na binanggit namin sa itaas, mayron pang isang paraan. Dahil mas maraming 7-Eleven branches na ngayon sa buong Pilipinas mas madali nalang magbayad ng inyong Cashalo Loan. Sa iyong Cashalo App, considering naka log-in kana - go to MY LOANS tab and click "PAY NOW". Please select "OTHERS", hanapin mo sa listahan ang 7-Eleven. Read and Agree to the Terms and Condition and check it. Enter a valid email address and Click "Send Instructions via E-mail" to have the instructions emailed to you. You can view the transaction online and save it as your payment reference.

If you can't view your transaction online, log-in your email address and follow the proceeding instructions sent to you.

Kapag nasa 7-Eleven na kayo, go to CLIQQ MACHINE, hanapin ang DRAGONLOANS under ito sa LOANS, enter your reference number and the exact amount ng iyong loan at pindutin ang SUBMIT. Antayin may lalabas na resibo mula sa machine at dalhin ito sa cashier upang iyong bayaran. Maghintay ng ilang minuto at kunin ang resibo mula sa Cashier bago umalis ng 7-Eleven.

Note: Make sure your Dragonpay/DragonLoans reference number is correctly entered in the ACCOUNT NUMBER field. A wrong account number can cause your transaction to remain unvalidated.
